Disk to small

#1 Post by Bomaz »

I wanted to do an clean install of Windows with my backup hard drive, so i created a new partition for the windows install. It messed with my disk and now i have only the EFI setup.
When i analyze in Testdisk its says this:

The hard disk (1000 GB / 931 GiB) seems too small! (< 3124 GB / 2909 GiB) Check the hard disk size: HD jumper settings, BIOS detection... The following partitions can't be recovered: Partition Start End Size in sectors > HPFS - NTFS 121597 5 8 243193 232 46 1953454080 FAT32 LBA 226712 198 11 379845 94 39 2460075122 [ Continue ] NTFS, blocksize=4096, 1000 GB / 931 GiB

Anybody can help me to solve that issue and recover my data from the external HDD?
Thank you very much!
