Help with Unallocated Space

#1 Post by sally »

Hi,

I have an old hard drive that I've been trying to recover off and on for a while now. I stumbled upon your software, and I'm hopeful that it will help me out.

Computer Management shows my 60GB drive as having about 4GB as a healthy partition and about 27GB as unallocated.

Test Disk only sees the 4GB healthy partition (even with the deeper search), and I'm not sure where to go from here. I do not want to damage the data that is on the drive.

Attached are some screen shots of what I'm seeing.

Could you suggest the steps I need to take to recover data from the unallocated space?

Thanks!
