Your partition types looking ok.
But an intel partition table can only contain 4 primary partitions or 3 primary and 1 extended for logical partitions/volumes.
That's right, that Dell Utility is hidden because it has it's own partition type DELL Utility.
and 100MB one created by win7
It's a normal NTFS-Partition but it has no drive letter!

Now let's have look to get your partitions in right order!

Please use partition table type Intel!
I can only offer to boot in Win7, because you have to write your complete partition table.
If you use any bootmanager regarding to your ubuntu,these settings will be overridden!.
So you must repair your bootmanager like grub etc..
Another suggestion might be to use EasyBCD as multiboot from Win7.
But this is not related to our forum and TestDisk and PhotoRec.

To get your system running do the follwing;
I'm using this screen!
http://forum.cgsecurity.org/phpBB3/down ... php?id=112
Check your System Reserved partition and set it to Star * for primary bootable (it's your start-partition).
Check your partition which has no label (probably your win7 partition) and change it to P for only primary.
Check the partitions Arun, Others and Multimedia after another and change them to L for logical.
Do it to all three partitions!

Press enter to get to the next screen.
Check Write und confirm with enter and y.
Please close TestDisk using Quit and restart your PC.

If you still run into trouble about boot, fix your startup using your Win7-CD;

Dell Utility and OS must be P for primary, like on your previous screen.
Oops, looks like that I've overlooked one thing! :o
You must change your win7-partition to L for locical also (is that partition without label)!
Because, it's only allowed to have three primary and one extended for your logical partitions.
Also, the logical partitions must be in sequential order together.
You can only have one Extended LBA partition.
TestDisk creates the Extended LBA-partition if you press enter to get to the next screen to write your partition structur.

If you still run into trouble;
You have a pretty old version of TestDisk.
But you can try this;
Before you confirm at Analyse, go to Options.
Change cylinder boundary from Yes to No.

Test it again.

Edit:
Please let me know, do you have a Dell portable device and it has a 2.5 inch hdd?

Looks like there is no space to create an extended partition.
Partitions begin exactly next sector after the prevous partition.
That's why it's not possible to set them to logical.

Can you give some information about your previous working confguration and did you change something?
Also, is your computer a portable like laptop, notebook and do you have a 2.5 inch harddrive?

Do you have Data on your three, Anrun, Others and Multimedia-Partitions?
If not;
Leave your Data-Partitions as D for deleted.
Set your first 4 partitons as I suggested
Leave Dell Utility as it is.
Set your OS-Partition to D for deleted.
This would sacrifice your Linux-partition due to that you only can have 3 primary partitions.
System Reserved to * (star) for primary active and bootable.
Partition without label to P for primary (Win7).
Write your partition structur using Write in Testdisk.
Have a try to reboot.
Otherwise use reparaturoptions from your Win7-cd to repair boot.
Create an Extended Partition using diskpart.
http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/wind ... c816e62faf
Create your logical volumes/partitions and copy your data on it.

Otherwise reinstall Win7 without System Reserved-partition.
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/maga ... 41289.aspx
To partition your disk, you can use gparted.
Then you'll have one primary partition less.

If your data-partitions already contain data, please back them up and use the same procedur.
In case, TestDisk can copy data too!
If you list your data, you can copy them to another intact disk or partition.
At the bottom of the screen, you'll find the commands.

this is a laptop
in my previous configuration:
dell partition was hidden with system reserved
other were visible from windows
OS was pre available and contained ubuntu 10.10

i first created 100GB partition which win 7 automatically divided into 100MB and remaining one
then i boot from win7 to create other 3 partitions .

i boot from live CD of ubuntu in order to make ubuntu in HDD bootable and couldnt see any way (i just opened gparted to see options that i could use but wasnt any so closed that)
then shut down ubuntu and after that i wasnot able to find those partitins that i lost :
DELL utility
OS
system reserved
Win7.

Win 7 has overridden your MBR.
Thats why ubuntu doesn't start anymore.
Problems about boot coming later!
After installing Win 7 you can have a look to EasyBCD to create a multiboot or use grub (Linux boot manager).
EasyBCD might be recommended.

Consider to reinstall Win 7.
Delete your System Reserved partition, win7 partition and Anrun, Others and Multimedia-Partitions also (I assume that your 3 logical partitions only created and do not contain data).
Create one partition using gparted.
Install Win 7 on that partition, without creating any other partition.
After installing Win7 create your extended partition using diskpart.
Description here;
http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/wind ... c816e62faf
Create you logical partitions as you like it.

Have look to create multoboot for Win7 and Ubuntu.
http://neosmart.net/EasyBCD/
Load it down for non commercial use!
Otherwise have a look to Linux-bootmanager Grub.

You should have a backup of all your important data.
