i format my ipod 160gb but wen i use the photorec it gives me random numbrs that gets recoverd the folder named to store my important datas is win 7 buts it gives me recup_dir.1, and etc

PhotoRec recovers your data but without the original filenames. You can rename your files.

ah ok thnks 4 the reply cn test disk rebuild a hackintosh partition or any os but wen I press write it gives me 1234f error

If you boot from a disk with an Intel partition table with no bootable partition ('*' under TestDisk), TestDisk MBR code will display the message "1234f" to let you choose if you want to boot from partition entry 1 to 4 or floppy.
TestDisk handles EFI GPT and PC/Intel partition table. Mac OS X uses EFI GPT for its main disk and can use either for other disks.

ah ok so how do I get rid of tht error "1234f"

Set a partition as bootable.
