Can you diagnose the bootsector from that Microsoft reserved partition?
It's actually your boot partition.

Start TestDisk.
Confirm through until you see the menu Analyse.
Don't confirm at Analyse but Advanced.
Select your MS Reserved Partition
Confirm at Boot with enter.
Highlight Rebuild BS and hit Enter.
Rebuild BS will be in progress.
Normally, it takes some minutes.
If it's finished, please post the infos or upload a screen.
If you see a menu List, please highlight it and press enter.
Please let me know, do you see your data or an error message.
To get back to the previous screen, easily press q for Quit.

Infos will follow.

If it doesn't show Boot, means, that your partition has no file system or not recognized.
In case, go to Type and add it manually.
The Boot will be available.

Would I choose MS reserve as the type or something else?

Choose your partition MS reserved.
Check Type and press enter.
Choose NTFS and hit enter also.
So Boot should be available.

Can you check Boot.
I'd need a screenshot.
And in Case rebuild your boot sector again.
But only if both are bad.
Your boot sector and its backup.
