If it helps, the model # is LDHD-UP.

Using -d usbjmicron returned this:

Smartctl open device: /dev/sde [USB JMicron] failed: \\.\PhysicalDrive4: Open failed, Error=2

I get a similar error with all the other listed -d commands.

Please try if Crystaldiskinfo fails as well. In case of success please export the txt-file and post it here.

Harddisk seems too small
