Maybe repair MFT will do the job.
You can't reverse that operation, but as you already recovered everything it does not matter.
Otherwise clone your disk as described in the manual.

Hi Recuperation,
It's strange that the Boot Sector checking with Testdisk showing OK (for the backup as well), and the Repair MFT option shows no further choice.
But this hard drive with one partition only, and it becomes Raw now and seems it is dead forever.
Is there anyway to fix it with other Testdisk function or chkdsk?

No, it's not. But I won't go into details.
The content of your disk is unreadable. This does not mean that the disk is dead. If there is no physical dammage you can erase everything, partition the disk and format one or more partitions.

Maybe. Go to a recovery lab have somebody manually work on it for a four digit USD price. Or learn file system internals and do it yourself.

Here is the right person to help you out for foreseeing the outcome of using chkdsk. The lady is less expensive than a recovery lab (only three digit price in USD). Clone your disk before using chkdsk - its operation cannot be reverted and it may destroy evidence other software could have analysed.

Good to hear your warning about chkdsk, I don't really think it is a tool to fix a Raw. I do not really want to ruin the data and the file structure in my drive.
My disk become Raw due to a removal error. With Testdisk, the only option I can use was create the image and put it into the other drive.
I tried Photorec also but the result is not ideal because of missing all the directories.
As the Boot Sectors showing OK and MFT showing match in Testdisk, the only feasible step for me is going to learn something related to file system as you suggested, and it is the only way I can get back the drive with all the correct file name and folder directories.
Is it my case would not be solved by using Testdisk ?
