$MFT and $MFTMirror mismatch / SYSTEM DRIVE !! / SOLVED

Hi all,
After days of trials and search I just found a way to solve this difficult problem especially on my Win7x64 System Drivez when Testdisk says : both are Ok but mismatch ... Use checkdisk.
Well checkdisk /f did not solve anything...
But (after full Windows system backup with Macrium Reflect | compression max | verify) booting from a live USB stick with ubuntu-18.04.4-desktop-amd64.iso and selecting in file section my system drive (WIN7 x64) then repair did the job in one second !
