FAT partition looks empty

I am following example on Testdisk site though mine looks different so please am seeking advice
https://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk_Step_By_Step
Disk Utility in Mac Mojave made my FAT32 look empty (I was trying to resize but never mind that),
I found lots of files with names and path, using Recuva deep scan
but I would like to revive partition (which mounts) in situ as a whole, so am trying Testdisk which shows:
Disk /dev/rdisk5 - 3000 GB / 2794 GiB - 5860533167 sectors
Current partition structure:
Partition Start End Size in sectors
1 P EFI System 40 409639 409600 [EFI System Partition]
2 P Mac HFS 409640 1953534631 1953124992 [Seagate]
Warning: number of heads/cylinder mismatches 255 (FAT) != 1 (HD)
Warning: number of sectors per track mismatches 32 (FAT) != 1 (HD)
3 P MS Data 1953796776 5860270983 3906474208 [DOS_FAT_32_Untitled_2] [SEAGATE FAT]
