I am following example on Testdisk site though mine looks different so please am seeking advice

Disk Utility in Mac Mojave made my FAT32 look empty (I was trying to resize but never mind that),
I found lots of files with names and path, using Recuva deep scan
but I would like to revive partition (which mounts) in situ as a whole, so am trying Testdisk which shows:

You can try TestDisk, Advanced, List.
If all your files are missing, try TestDisk, Analyse, Quick Search, use 'p' to list the files from each partition. If your partition is missing, try Deeper Search. To recover your partition, use the arrow keys to switch the partition to P(rimary).
Once all the partition you want to keep/recover as listed as P(rimary), go on next screen, choose Write, confirm, Quit
