Recover deleted "Recovery" Partition back to Hard Disc.

Dear C. Grenier,
My laptop's "Recovery Partition" got deleted and I want to recover it and have it written on the Hard Disc as it was earlier. I tried TestDisk and found the "Recovery Partition" on Deeper Search; it is shown as "D". On reading the Help Document, I came to know I have to change the "D" to other type. I couldn't do that - I don't know how to do that.
I did the followings;
(A) "Analyse" ---> Detected 3 Partitions;
1 * HPFS - NTFS 0 32 33 35 126 37 407552 [System],
2 P HPFS - NTSF 25 126 38 91188 19 31 1464526848
3 P FAT32 - LBA 91188 19 32 91201 48 31 210672 [HP_Tools]
(B) With "Quick Search" selected pressed Enter --> then "Deeper Search" selected pressed Enter; after nearly 4 hours "Analyse cylinder" reached 100% and showed the following;
Partition Start End Size in sectors
D HPFS - NTFS 0 32 33 25 126 37 407552 [SYSTEM]
D HPFS - NTFS 25 126 37 50 220 41 407552
D HPFS - NTFS 25 126 38 9946 169 15 159383552
D HPFS - NTFS 25 126 38 88997 238 9 1429342208
D HPFS - NTFS 25 126 38 91188 19 31 1464526848
D Linux 69789 79 51 70702 249 11 14678016
D Linux 69807 40 58 70720 210 18 14678016

D HPFS - NTFS 88997 238 10 91188 19 31 35184640 [RECOVERY]
* FAT32 LBA 91188 19 32 91201 52 51 210944 [HP_TOOLS]
Structure: Ok. Use Up/Down Arrow keys to select partition.
Use Left/Right Arrow keys to CHANGE partition characteristics:
*=Primary bootable P=Primary L=Logical E=Extended D=Deleted
Keys A: add partition, L: load backup, T: change type, P: list files,
Enter: to continue
NTFS, blocksize=4096, 208 MB / 199 MiB
Now, to Recover the "Recovery" Partition back to this Hard Drive as it was earlier what should I do?
I don't know Why there are "D Linux........ 69789 ...."? Could you please let me know why & how?
Please be kind to give me a step by step instructions.
Thanks
