Hi, im new to testdisk and when using it to retrieve data from my USB while following this video as a guide
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ADeGgpWfSV4

Im certain that I accidentally reformated my computer c drive using the program.
Which resulted to this after I turned on my pc this morning.

If I recall correctly, Ive managed to write P MS DATA into it which I have mistakenly done after realising that I've selected [EFI GPT] instead of [Intel].
Afterwards, Ive written FAT32, 2 different HPFS - NTFS into the c drive before, again, realising that it was the c drive and not my usb.

Something like the image shown here where I have written all three types into my c drive before realising that it WAS my c drive

I turned off my Desktop afterwards not knowing what ive done so is there anything I can do to fix my computer without losing all my data?

For the bluescreen, pressing Enter and F8 did not do anything, it simply just refreshes the page similar to F1, it restarts my screen and shows the same bluescreen. Only pressing Esc brings up my BIOS setup utility.

Please, I really need some sort of help or directions as to what to do next. Thank you.

TestDisk can not format a partition. This "feature" (useless in a data recovery program) isn't implemented.

The correct partition table type seems to be EFI:
- The first screenshot shows "UEFI Firmware Settings"
- An EFI System partition is listed on the last screenshot
