Partitions carte sd disparues, comment les récupérer ?

Bonjour,

La carte micro-sd de mon téléphone portable qui contenait 2 partitions, une fat(32?) et une ext(2 ou 3), n'est subitement plus reconnue.
J'ai lancé sous linux une analyse testdisk dessus, dont voici le log :

Je ne suis pas encore très familier de testdisk, comment faire pour récupérer mes partitions et les données qu'elles contiennent ?

D'avance merci pour votre aide j'ai peur de perdre mes données :-/
