EFI Multiboot after DISKPART Clean

Hi there,
I was attempting to reformat a drive and accidentally used DISKPART "clean" on the main, bootable drive. It wiped all partitions.
The machine is Multiboot hackintosh (using clover) and is running Windows10 / macOS.
I have TestDisk WIn64 edition running on a USB and went to Analyse. It is currently showing "Analyse cylinder", and is about 03%. Is this the correct procedure? From what I recall their were 4 partitions - Fat32, Mac OS Extended Journaled, a bootable EFI partition, and something else.
Thanks
p.s. it is more important to recover the macOS part of this computer
