After recovering partitions files are listed but not recognized

Hello.
I tried to delete first one partition on a disk and then extend the second to the beginning of the disk.
Something went wrong, so windows started to see this disk as raw.
I made a deep search, testdisk saw both deleted and resized partitions. I checked that folders and files are listed correctly.
Then I wrote partitions to the disk. After reboot I saw both partitions, folders and files are on their places.
BUT!
Files are unable to open.
Example: my_photo.jpg is shown. But when try to open I got message like "this is not jpg file". Filesize is something reasonable.
Also for movies (.avi, .mkv), .exe files don't open too.
What can I do to recover files? It seems to me that master file table wasn't recovered correctly...
Any ideas?
