Title: Utilisation PhotoRec

This title suggests that the user did not consult the manual. In reality he has a problem to start Photorec.
A good title would be "Starting Photorec fails".

Lorsque je lance PhotoRec j'ai le message suivant : '63\cygwin is missing
Et on me demande de quitter §
Thousands of users run Photorec successfully. Now I am supposed to have a crystal ball to look behind these two sentences?

The user does not specify which version of Photorec he uses - maybe it is an outdated one.
The user does not specify on which system he is using Photorec - maybe it's NT4?

My experience with such posts is that you have to specifically request every possible detail and that you gonna have a lengthy discussion just to assemble the necessary information. And this is where the fun in helping ends and where the work begins - sadly.

Please remember what Christophe Grenier stated in red writing:
Give clear, specific information in the title of your post.
