Recovering .zip files

#1 Post by mxae »

Hi
I accidentally delete alot of .zip files. I tried to find them and I did, but when I want to recover them. They recovered but not the same size of the that I remember. One of the files was about 4GB and when I recover it the size of the .zip shows about 1.8Mb. Please help.

It won't be wrong if you named the program you used.
Did you use compression when creating the zip files you deleted?

I compressed some images and videos using my phone(without any program); I moved them to my PC. And as I said before, I delete them and when I tried testdisk program to recover them; the program worked perfectly fine except the wrong size of files.
