Data on HD I don't know how to recover

I'll say it happened!
I have a 500Gb hd with videos, pdf's, doc and txt.
By mistake in the linux terminal I applied the following commands:
mkfs.vfat /dev/sdb,
dd if=/home/concept_art/Downloads/Zorin-OS-16.1-Core-64-bit.iso of=/dev/sdb status=progress && sync. I ended up formatting and creating linux bootavel hd by mistake. The state of the media, partition iso9660 Zorin OS ie a bootable media for installing a linux distro. How to recover my data from videos, pdf and ect?
