Not Ignoring plist File Types

I am creating a disk image from a folder on a MacOS machine using the hdiutil command utility. The by-product from this seems to be a bunch of "*.plist" files that I really just want to ignore. However, when I deselect "plist" from the File Options menu, I still get results that have the ".plist" extension. Is Photorec failing to ignore this selection or might these files be picked up because they look like some other file type?

There are 2 different plist file format
- a binary format: plist - Apple binary property list that you have already disabled
- a xml (text) file format: tx? - Text files with header: rtf,xml,xhtml,mbox/imm,pm,ram,reg,sh,slk,stp,jad,url
