how to proceed with RAW external HD?

my 1tb hd enter in raw when i using to backup my files, there is not any letter more and i cant find it on file system (only in disk manager) is possible to repair this disk without formating and loosing my files? is a ntfs system with a big partition and much folders, i'm not sure how it becomes raw, maybe bad usb conection when using. thanks so much if you can help me, i'm learning all about disks by myself and sorry for my bad english

I never know. Is your partition still visible in Windows disk management? What is the operating system used to partition and format the drive?

i'm using windows 10, first the hd closes when i'm using and windows says to format, i cant format because of my files, when i unplug the hd and plug the hd lost this letter (E:) and dont have more any letter

i'm using a deeper scan with testdisk software, 6 hours and the progress is in 15%, this will take a day i think, i have some dificult to learn and understand the documentation, any type of help are welcome

What do you mean by "the hd closes"? Please avoid abbreviations, by the way. Do not format! What is your main language? The documentation testdisk.pdf is in English language, but the website cgsecurity.org offers a wide variety of languages.

Who is the drive maker,
what is the model?

Based on your numbers, the analyzing speed of 7 MByte/sec is too low.
Your disk might have broken sectors which suggests duplicating the drive as described in the manual.
To check for broken sectors post a SMART report:
