I am struggling with restoring data from my external 4TB HDD, which was formatted as NTFS. Unfortunately, I unplugged it inadvertently too early, i.e. before the popup to be able to safely remove the drive (Linux Mint). The external HDD is no more mountable, neither Linux Mint nor Windows 10.
In Windows, it says "Nicht zugeordnet", with means "Unallocated" space. It shows two "partitions" of 2048 GB and 1678 GB. Originally, the HDD did not have any partitioning, it was a single partition with NTFS formatting.
Using TestDisk (Analyze -> Quick Search), I got the following information:

Write isn't available because the partition table type "None" has been selected.
Many thanks in advance!
