recovering exfat partition after format in ntfs

Hi I wrongly delete a exfat partition and format the driv ein ntfs,
Is there a way to rebuilfd the exfat partiton? I have to recover 10tb of data and it only gives me filenames -using easeus data recovery- but not the directory stucture. at the inline chat they asked for 800 dollars to try to do it. i don t habe this money
can someone help?
I am new to test disk and dont understand what to do and how
