Not being root message even when my user is admin (MacOS)

#1 Post by pjgarcia »

When launching Photorec (MacOS), I get the following message, even when launching it form an account with administrator profile:

"No hard disk found
You need to be root to use PhotoRec."

Is there anything I am missing?

Is this harddisk visible in the device management of your Mac at all?
