This sub-subvolume is automatically started by the btrfs subvolume so it is shown as a folder, testdisk or photorec couldn't see it in the list for scanning, I don't want to scan all the subvolume, can I rescue data from this sub-subvolume only?

If you don't mind reading the start page

https://www.cgsecurity.org/

you will learn that there is a bunch of file systems that TestDisk can recognize.

However, TestDisk is limited to recognize them for the purpose of repairing the partition table.
"Detection of file systems" does not necessarily mean opening the file system, navigating inside the file system and doing wonders while being in there.

For my knowledge - special features are only available for FAT12, FAT16, FAT32, NTFS and ext2.
That means as well that you don't get into a BTRFS file system using TestDisk.
