Issue is solved,
What threw me is Intel vs thinking Linux
Although a benefit of choosing 'none' means you can not accidently write, and it shows you what is there
other situation favoring recovery of partition was nothing else had happened to them after they were deleted.
Win 11 cannot remove a recovery partition using the gui, I had used diskpart to clean that off
Although I might have just deleted it, don't fully recall, but I do think I used clean, not cleanall
