Where is the avi in photorec file?
In photorec, you can select different video file formats in the settings to recover lost data: mp4, mov, 3gp and others, but I can't find the most popular avi, am I looking in the wrong place?

Re: Where is the avi in photorec file?
Please enable the "riff" file format. The avi file type belongs to this family of file types.
If you don't get a result, just put an avi file on an preferably empty disk, for instance an USB pen drive and let Photorec recover from that USB pen drive with the riff setting "riff" enabled.
