"Partition sector doesn't have the endmark 0xAA55" and locked in the "Quick Search" step

Hi,
After a power failure, my 480GB SSD lost its partition (Windows 10).
I put the SSD in an external USB enclosure.
But I get stuck using TestDisk
Using Testdisk version 7.2, I get the following display:
Disk \\.\PhysicalDrive7 - 480 GB / 447 GiB - ATA SSD 480GB
->Proceed->Intel->Analyse
Disk \\.\PhysicalDrive7 - 480 GB / 447 GiB - CHS 58369 255 63
Current partition structure:
Partition Start End Size in sectors
Partition sector doesn't have the endmark 0xAA55
-> Quick Search
Disk \\.\PhysicalDrive7 - 480 GB / 447 GiB - CHS 58369 255 63
Analyse cylinder 58369/58368: 100%
HPFS - NTFS 63 221 31 58369 80 63 936677040 [SSD_BOOT]
the partition is detected rather quickly, and immediately afterwards, the “Analyse cylinder” counter goes to 100% but the program remains blocked (USB enclosure activity LED is continously blinking)
The “stop” command is not taken into account !
The “Analyse cylinder” counter shows 58369/58368, so I'm wondering if there isn't a problem (beyond max cylinder amount, and therefore infinite loop?).
Any help or advice ?
Thanks.
