partitions not recognized, two suspect

Hi, I lost everything on my internal HDD.
Previously, it contained just one ext2 partition (containing all my data).
Now, testdisk reports about 3 partitions (sorry, I cant find where to upload images):
Disk /dev/sdc - 1000 GB / 931 GiB - CHS 15200 255 63
Partition Start End Size in sectors
>* Linux 0 4 4 3 51 48 51200
P Linux 3 51 49 19 132 49 262144
P Linux 274 176 31 14384 56 8 226669568
the first ext3 209/200MB, the other two ext4 1073/1024MB, 928/864GB respectively.
This is the result of the deeper scan by the way.
The third one is I guess my prize, but the oher two I dont know where they came from, and the Type is wrong in all of them.
Anyway, no partition is identified:
Partition Start End Size in sectors
1 * Linux 0 4 4 3 51 48 51200
2 P Linux 3 51 49 19 132 49 262144
3 P Linux 274 176 31 14384 56 8 226669568
How can I proceed?
Thanks for any help!
