Default storage location

I just found out about testdisk. What a GREAT program.
I installed testdisk on my Ubuntu 18.04 machine and it spun up without an issue.
I am recovering a Raid 1 disk from my now defunct Qnas TS219P+. I have the disk in an external usb drive enclosure and connected to my Ubuntu machine via its USB port.
Testdisk discovered the disk without a hiccup. I was very shocked as I have tried a number of other programs, so I am extremely happy.
As a test I managed to find my music library in the partition and did a select all and began the restore.
What I didn't do (as a newbie) was to tell it what the destination of the music library directories should be. So, it filled up my disk drive and started failing, which of course is understandable.
I managed to stop it but now I have the question of what is the default location for all of the directories that testdisk discovered and where did it store them?
Thanks.
