Dual-booting problem: Linux option missing

A friend of mine set up my computer so that I can dual-boot Windows 11 and Bazzite. My computer is a Lenovo LOQ.
The default boot option is Windows, but when I boot up the computer, I can hit F12 to open a menu that allows me to choose to boot either Windows or Bazzite.
However, earlier today, the Bazzite option is missing from the F12 menu.
I looked up solutions on Google and learned about TestDisk.
When I had TestDisk look up the partition structure, it showed this:

What should I do from here?

This is off-topic.
TestDisk cannot repair your unknown dual-boot system. Please ask your friend.
