Howdy,

I am a student of Computer Forensics in the US, and currently enrolled in a Certificate Program.

Unfortunately, the course that I am currently in has been disjointed this semester due to the instructors schedule. I am having a great deal of trouble learning how to use PhotoRec. (I only recently got access to the school's Forensic Lab computers where I was able to install PhotoRec. I do not have a working maching at home right now.)

Are there any step by step tutorials online? I would prefer something that I have to read, rather than watch. Ideally, it would have screen shots, or coherently written summaries. I am not comfortable using the Command Line Interface, but can do so when I have clear instructions.

Dom
-thanks in advance.

Thanks. I have made some progress in the last week or so, and actually taught a couple of the tech guys where I work (at a college) about PhotoRec.
