Can't Write FAT32 Partition that was rebuilt by program

Can't Write FAT32 Partition that was rebuilt by program
I click rebuild BS then i click write i press y and then it comes back to the analyze screen. What am i doing wrong?

Unless there is screen that say that write has failed, the boot sector has been written.
