Is there such a software utility that I can use to edit a FAT32 table (see below)?
I "successfully" converted a partition from NTFS to FAT32
However, the 152GB disk is now showing as an 87GB disk in Windows 2000 sp4.

Only Windows seems to have the problem, TestDisk detects the disk just fine.
I am trying to correct the values that are read by the OS.
BIOS seems to recognize the disk correctly
Please advise.

Does Windows backup/cache/store the (CHS-values/partition parameters) anywhere (that can be modified/updated)?

How does Windows determine the partition size?

After changing the NTFS to FAT32, the invalid partition size, according to the Win2K OS, is blocking access to otherwise valid files.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried a few Partition Tools (including TestDisk) and they declare the partition to be OK/correct, but Windows still insists that the partition is much smaller than it really is.
