XML Parsing Error: no element found

I am attempting to Copy the "pst" files from a HDD i am replacing. Nothing is copied but I do receive this xml message. Do you have any suggestions as to how I may work around this problem.

report.xml is a file created by PhotoRec, but if you are written about copying a file, you are using TestDisk.
Please use latest 6.14-WIP version and tell me the results when you try to copy the file.
