HELP! Encrypted files successfully recovered... BUT!!

I succeeded in recovering all my files from my MFT damaged NTFS partition...
BUT the encrypted files did'nt show up anymore as encrypted but as ordinary files and therefore the system won't decrypt them anymore even while having the correct certificate keys installed in my windows 8... or did I understand something totally wrong?!?
How can I regain my encrypted files correctly as encrypted files.. or decrypt them during recoring them?!
PLEASE HELP ME!
