Partition cant be recovered

HelloI am new using TestDisk , I read is a very useful software,
my flash drive reads in raw files, and I tried to recover data and fix the usb, I did a deep search and it appears the following
Partition cant be recovered
Plus when I scan the flash drive, it does not read it ,
Please advise
