tick "show deleted files".

And by the way : there's a read error. This confirm first statement. Your disk will probably soon die.

"Show all files" or "show deleted files" are empty, none of them presents any file.. as seen in the image "Total 0 bytes in 0 files"
i disconnected the disk and let it rest for about 2 hours, and then i resume the scanning
what do you mean with "soon die"? what can i do to save the files in it and the disk himself? should i continue the scan or stop it?

In case of read errors and if datarecovery software hangs, you should create an image or clone your disk!

i created an image of the disk with clonezilla and had no problem but two strange things happen.. it took more or less 10 minutes to finish and the image size is 10Mb, since i had about 900Gb on the hard disk i don't think thats not very positive..
are my files still in the disk or there is no hope for it? :s

Clonezilla is not a bit to bit copy tools. It copies only what's in the filesystem. A bit/bit copy tools like gnu ddrescue will make an image the same size as the original disk.
