Hi,

I have a 2tb drive that was working fine and the next time I booted my pc was not accessible. Disk management now says the drive is not initialized.

Can anybody help me get the data back?

My log file is below
thanks
Ben

Before you can diagnose any boot sector, you must have a partition in your partition table.
TestDisk for windows obtains info from windows.
Since w2k, a disk must be initialized so that windows can handle it.
Windows only writes 4 Bytes to your partition table.
It was often helpful to initialize a disk first, before you make a diagnose using testdisk.
Then you can run TestDisk and Quick and if no partition is found Deeper Search also.
If your partition is found, you can register your partition into your partition table and if necessary repair your boot sector or rebuild it.
Please repeat your diagnose and copy and paste the content of your testdisk.log into your next post!
