Run "chkdsk /f d:" (replace d: by the correct drive letter), can you access your data again after that ?

I am in the exact same boat. In my case I get the warning that my bytes per sector mismatch (512 (NTFS) != 4096 (HD))
When I try to repair I also get the write error. I have tried chkdsk /f and am told it does not work on RAW drives.
Please help!

I had cases where using a different dock got the harddrive recogniced correctly again.
Maybe this is the Case for you auswell ?

When dealing with disk with 4096 bytes sector, use TestDisk 7.0-WIP instead of old versions. Previous version may report an erroneous warning after write operation.
