Undelete or Recovery

#1 Post by andrewmc »

I have a USB stick and saved a number of files to it which i subsequently deleted.

I am able to see the files - in red - with a size next to them.

I can hit c to copy it and then select the destination and in both of these processes it says 1 OK 0 Fail

I go to the destinations on my Mac where i thought I put them, and there are no signs of them - hidden or otherwise.

I'm not sure where to go from here, what do I do next?

thanks

Andrew

you only have to select destination once. it will be remembered. what happened then?
in my opinion also folders should be highlighted not only files when they have to be copied.
folder are copied with c(no need to highlight, right- this is a bit wierd and not consequent)
files are copied with C, highligthing them needed.
Save always with C when destination is found. no need to highlight partitions or folders right?
In my opinion highlighting should be a MUST for copied stuff and saved to whatever destination.
