Hi, my old laptop will not boot into Vista.
I've managed to D/L the files to another drive because I believe the HDD is toast.
I've uploaded the testdisk log in hopes it may be salvageable
Whether or not anyone can help, I thank you for your efforts

That's Ok, Somehow I manged to fix it, but after running fine for almost 2 months,
it suddenly died again upon a reboot

Did you try to use a Live-CD like Knoppix, if you can't boot?

I've been using Hiren's
