Comment utiliser TestDisk pour récupérer une partition perdue

petit probleme de geométrie

Il me semble avoir fait quelques avec testdisk. En fait croyant utiliser diskpart sous virtualbox j'ai fais un clean sur ma partition de données.... :evil: :?
Pour couronner je n'ai pas suivi la bonne procédure du guide et j'ai recrée une partition maintenant impossible de retrouver ma partition. J'ai aussi remis le bootloader standart. Bref je me sen bête.
Après avoir relu le guide j'ai fait un testdisk avec expert on et co après lecture sur les forums. Je fais actuelement un testdisk en none.
Je vous poste le resultat du testdisk si quelqu'un peut m'aider.

Il faut bien garder Intel comme type de partition. Après Deeper Search, pour chaque partition, utiliser 'p' pour en lister le contenu. Passer les partitions à récupérer en *(bootable), P(rimary) ou L(ogical).
SUr l'écran suivant, choisissez Write et confirmer.

c'est fait mais aucune des partition trouvé après le deep search ne contient mes données. Du coup J'ai essayer en none mais rien de mieux. Je penses que je n'ai plis qu'a tester photorec maintenant non ?

De façon à ce que PhotoRec fonctionne bien, l'ideal est de retrouver les anciennes partitions et de ne lancer PhotoRec que sur la partition concernée.
