I had connected by SD to my PC through a card reader, and was copying loads of photos onto the PC when it crashed. The result:
1. My Sony NEX-5R now says the access of the card is forbidden.
2. My card reader is toasted.
3. Tried other applications but they said no files can be recovered.
4. Tried PhotoRec but it doesn't recognise my SD.
Help please!

Re: SD Card Recovery
You need to try via another card reader.
Re: SD Card Recovery
I have got a new card reader and at this very moment running PhotoRec for my SD. It says it needs some 9 hours more to check.
