stuttering playback with recovered file

Hi,
I have recovered MOV files of Canon 1DC camera which records video in MOV Container with Motion Jpeg codec in it. I was able to recover all the mov files, but i get stuttering playback.
This is the file which was recovered.

I can share some good reference file if needed. please help.
