Sorry! I dind't understand.

I do want to recover all my files. Maybe I didn't explain myself well, because I'm Spanish and I don't know technnical English well.

I do what you said, but my problems are with the hard drive that you connect with usb.

I'll post the results again. Thanks!

In TestDisk, you can select your affected disk to run a diagnose on it.
It doesn't matter if it's an internal or an external USB-Disk.

Looks like that your boot sector is not OK and your FAT length doesn't match either.
To exclude any problems, can you run Quick Search?
If it hangs, please let me know.
Actually, it shouldn't tak as long.

It's running, but it might take some time. I'll post it when it's finished :)

Ok, it's only intended to find another correct FAT-partition.
Otherwise a boot sector diagnose will follow.
I'll write all instructions then.

To clarify TaJm has no desire to save any data, Anasus would like to save files if possible. I apologize for any confusion.

@ TaJm
Thank's for mention it, that I've 1 topic including 2 cases!
In your case, you should check your disk using CrystalDiskInfo and if the status of your disk is good, you should consider to run chkdsk as described in my post above.
The portable version is directly executable and you'll see the status of your disk either Good, Caution or Bad.
Please let me know the status of your disk using crystaldiskinfo.
You can use the menu disk to select your affected disk.
