Missing files after using testdisk I think, need help!

I was having problem reading win 8.1 hd with win 7 hd so I made a mistake an added a new volumn to the win 8.1 hd and it wasn’t reading normally anymore.
But before the data was still all there last I check with reclaime I think,
http://www.reclaime.com .
I recently used reclaim to recover all my files it seemed from another raw drive.
It seemed after I used testdisk win -64 bit , I have win 8.1, I rechecked with reclaime and found directories with less files.
The first time I used testdisk, I followed the site’s instruction page,
http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk_Step_By_Step .
First time: I deep searched and found complete partition order and didn’t write and just left the D on the line with returned “filesystem seem damaged” message.
Second time: I deep searched and it told me mismatching messages. And I found some “filesystem seem damaged” messages and left them with D code. Then I wrote and exit. That didn’t seem to solve the problem with I recheck with reclaime.
Can someone help me recover to previous state where I had all the files and fix the mismatch errors?
I did disktest before to see if I could do a shortcut recovery that allow me to load windows normal instead long one with reclaime.
