Re: bad sectors
Hello,
A little more precision about your feedbacks would be better to diagnose and understand.
Try to scan using "none" as partition table.

Re: bad sectors
It is copying for about 1:30 hours.
I don't know the progress, I don't know if it is not frezzing.
How long to let the copying work.
It should copy about 4GB as far as i remember.

Re: bad sectors
It's actually not as usual that it takes so long.
Did you see any read errors that TestDisk hangs?
You can check it if you have a look into your destination folder.
If you didn't select another directory, it might be your TestDisk folder.
By the way, your message in your first post has nothing to do about bad sectors.
It's just an error message that your partition table is wrong.
Your message often indicates a wrong geometry of your disk.
TestDisk could correct it.
But it requires more infos.
You should zip and upload the testdisk log.
But it must contain infos about Quick and Deeper Search.
Also if a partition is found, to list your files!
If you don't want to zip and upload it, you can ioen your testdisk.log and copy paste the content.
