RAW Partition on HDD

Guys I need some help, I currently have two drives, an SSD for Windows boot and a HDD with 3 partitions in it (E:)(F:)(G:), yesterday after a power outage my computer turned incredibly slow when I turned it back on, upon further troubleshooting it seems this is because the E: partition on the HDD has become RAW according to Disk Management therefore making Windows boot really slow as it loads some stuff from it (Games, music, apps, etc)
