Hey I did deeper search and found all my files. now recovering data. thanks for the help. now can i format RAW partition and use it as normal

Yes, after recovery you can reformat your partition and copy files back.
If you'd like to, you can check the condition of your disk using crystaldiskinfo:

Please use the portable version!
It's only intended to make sure that the status of your disk is GOOD!
Especially after loss of data.
