Windows Boots But GParted says disk is Unallocated...

Hi all,
I've been using Parted Magic to clone some systems - great tool!
One system boots into Windows without problems but when I went to clone it I got an error saying the partition thinks it's bigger than the disk! I then checked GParted which showed the disk was unallocated!
I analyzed the disk using TestDisk which shows two (D)eleted partitions on the disk:
The first partition seems to be empty.
The second partition looks like the Windows partition.
Do I simply change the second partition to * (meaning Primary Boot), choosing Write, then rebooting the machine?
I don't want to get this wrong or I could be in a world of pain...
