Hello, forum,
I messed up my hard drive when upgrading Ubuntu, testdisk saved the day, great software. Now I am copying data to a external hard drive, the hard drive is 300G, almost full, it's been 24 hours, the screen is showing:
Copying, please wait... 11322940 ok, 367 failed
my question is, what is the number 11322940, is this the number of files copied or number of hard drive sectors copied. I really want to know, so I can have a rough idea when the copy will finish.
Thanks a lot,
Ron
